Buying a home in West Palm Beach
West Palm Beach is the county seat and the most urban market in Palm Beach County, running from the Intracoastal waterfront to the western communities near Florida’s Turnpike.
Downtown and around Rosemary Square, condos and high-rises are common. Lenders review the condo project as well as you, so the building’s budget, reserves, insurance and any special assessments all matter. I’ll help you get those documents early.
Historic neighborhoods like El Cid, Flamingo Park, Grandview Heights and Northwood have character homes from the 1920s onward. Older roofs and systems can affect insurance, so a four-point and wind mitigation inspection is often worth doing up front.
